Monthly Meeting Review
As some of you may know, Pat Dupuis has been asking around for someone to take his place as the Retreads Representative the past two years. Pat didn't get any volunteers for this assignment. As Pat already knows, it was probably due to the size of the job. Enter Dave Beverly. Dave proposed that the job be split up. It really is too much for one person to handle!
Following is a summary of the subjects discussed during the monthly meeting. Dave Beverly wrote the summary.

Well you ask, how did the Retread meeting go? We did make some changes -What do you think?
1. We will continue to meet at Kelley's for breakfast every Saturday.
2. The Wed. lunch bunch will continue to meet in Pasadena at Wyatt's.
3. We will continue to meet at the Dinner Bell for our monthly meeting. Everyone is open to change if we find a good alternative.
4. We have discontinued the Wednesday evening ride. Rides like the Wednesday night ride begin when a few guys get together and start something that grows. It is time to start something else. Let's just wait and see what happens. One potential ride is the last Wednesday of the month to Angelton for Ham-Wed. I will tell you more later. I understand that there is live music on the Kemah waterfront one day a week in the summer.
5. The monthly rides are in question. What if in the future the only planned rides are our overnight trips, camping weekends and special occasions like the 4th of July ice cream social? The other rides will be spur-of-the-moment and will leave after breakfast.
